WHY DOES IT CLEAN?
Water, as it is found in nature or in our homes is not only H2O. It is full of substances such as magnesium, bleach, clay, etc. For example, mineral water has a total of dissolved solids (TDS) of 300-600 parts per million (PPM), while TDS of drinking water can have around 1000-1200 PPM, and it is still not cloudy and good for the health.
The pure water that our equipment utilizes is not miraculous, it has undergone a process that has eliminated those substances, and it has obtained TDS values between 0 and 20 PPM:
- Slightly acid water that helps remove the dirt from the surface (like if we had created our own detergent)
- As a universal solvent, pure water has a great capacity for absortion, so it drags all of the dirt particles.
- When the rest of the water is dried up, there is no sign of dirt on the surface that we have cleaned.
In order to get an optimal cleaning service, a mechanical action should be taken to help remove the dirt from the surface. Our brushes and mops do this because they are made of special polyester that does not damage any kind of surface.
To obtain pure water, Hydraldana Siglo XXI´s cleaning equipments treat drinking water from any faucet. Once it has undergone the purification process, water is storaged in the tank from which it is pumped, by a special bomb, to the poles that are up 20 meters high. Equipments are prepared to produce pure water at the same time they use that in the tank to clean, so we ensure continuous work along the work shift.
Therefore, a system is composed of a machine, that treats and pumps the water; a hose, that allows us to work up to 100 meters from the machine (this hose is normally coiled); and the poles and brushes with which we will do the cleaning.
The maintenance of the equipments is relatively simple and, due to our experience and the investments in our equipments, its price is tight and it is related to the amount of work done, so we can affirm that our systems have the most inexpensive maintenance of the market.
